Project Review Services
Fixture Schedule Review – Review the contract documents and identify the actual fixtures purchased for this project and integrate those fixtures into the control system using the Device Integration Matrix.
Device Integration Matrix – We will provide a comprehensive matrix of all fixtures, drivers, channels, protocols, wiretypes and interconnections.
RFI support – We will identify the open issues, conflicts or scope gaps and author RFI’s with detailed backup information for submission by the client to the owner’s team.
Pre-Construction Services – We will evaluate construction documents to provide detailed scope breakdowns, inclusions, exclusions, quantity surveying for estimating and Pre-Bid RFI support.
Comprehensive Lighting Control Shop Drawings and Schedules
LV Installation and Routing Drawings – We will draw device, driver and network pathways onto the RCP and Plan drawings to locate ALL equipment required for the complete project. This includes the devices that are necessary for a complete system even if they are not located on the contract documents. Drawings will include wiretypes, quantities and signal types.
Control Schedules – We will provide as-built panel schedules for lighting panels prior to commissioning, network connection schedules, DMX/0-10V/DALI/Other connection, channel and programming schedules.
Responsibility Matrix – We will identify the responsibility matrix for provide, furnish, terminations, testing, commission, training for each system element.
Pre-Installation Prep, Field Services and Commissioning
Pre-Installation Prep, Field Services and Commissioning – We will unbox, test, label and pre-configure fixtures and control system components prior to installation.
Maintenance and Service Contract – We will provide x hrs/month service and repair agreements.
Title 24 – Pre-acceptance testing
Field Integration and Support – We will travel to site, identify installation issues, identify missing equipment/parts and system interconnections (e.g.-fire alarm, AV) to mitigate delay. We will identify wiring interconnects to maintain design intent for zoning, patching and programming.
Emergency Lighting Integration – We will identify emergency circuiting/device requirements to comply with Emergency requirements and design intent for zoning, patching and programming.
Field RFI Support – We will identify the open issues, conflicts or scope gaps and author RFI’s with detailed backup information for submission by the client to the owner’s team.
Commissioning Services– We will provide start-up, pre-programming, commissioning, documentation and owner training services.
